From very humble beginnings in a small unit in Leith, we are now filling thousands of bottles every week from our brand home, The Lind & Lime Gin Distillery on Coburg Street. This is a busy, multi-use site from where we produce, package and distribute Lind & Lime Gin as well as a growing portfolio of other products. We also host tours of the distillery.
THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance and Operations Administrator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of our financial processes and day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the Finance and Operations team, providing essential administrative support and assisting with operational co-ordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FINANCE ADMINISTRATION
Timely processing of supplier invoices and employee expenses.
Posting of daily sales and purchase transactions in the accounting system.
Performance of credit control activities.
Assist with monthly reconciliations and financial reporting.
Provide administrative support to the Finance team in daily activities.
OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS SUPPORT
Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.
Raising purchase orders in the inventory management system.
Posting of daily stock movements in the inventory management system.
Co-ordination and processing of stock counts.
Provide administrative support to the Operations team in daily activities.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED
Previous experience in accounting and/or operations role.
Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Eligible to work in the UK.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: DESIRABLE
Proficiency in stock management software.
Experience in spirits, manufacturing or warehousing.
